Johnson runs hard and has the size.

Don’t rule out Adema-Schulte. All of his yards are tough and he’w a great blocking back.

You ask and you–may–receive.

I will add him to the poll.

I got much appreciation for Adema-Schulte. The kid is a tough competitor, and he can flat out fly!

He is a little small in stature like Burrus. The differnce in hype between the two is that Adema-Schulte did not have a big–all important–JR. year.

But I can see him contributing at the D-1 level

I think that Adema-Schulte is the best all around back in the state, no question.

Adema-Schulte is the total package. He can block and outrun anyone. His YAC (yards after contact) are very impressive.

I’ve seen Kalvin Johnson play. Watch his highlight video. He can move for 6’1″ 215 (if that’s for real) and he runs like he can play division 1 football. Already perfect size for a college back and he can only get better.

Burrus is the shiftiest back on this list, has break away speed, can see his way through the line even though he’s probably 5’8, rarely goes down on the first hit, AND he had the most yards in the state, and didn’t even play as many games as other running backs here did.

As far as the “complete package” stuff. Burrus also caught the ball probably fifty percent of the time Papio South even completed a pass. Great overall player.

BW Football,

I agree with just about everything you said about Burrus. However, his is just one style of several represented by each back on the list. All the backs listed can pound the rock.

Burrus can run like a 10.5 100 meter dash, this guy can fly. And he can catch better than half the recievers out there. This guy is the real deal. Definatly capable of getting in to a better school than North Dakota.
